Due to the flexibility of our XCell, size no longer plays a role in bin picking because, based on the component size, weight and component geometry, we will create an individual solution for you! 2. Component recognition

Modern 3D technology meets simplicity. Precise 3D position detection, combined with a high image-frame rate, enables us to achieve a new dimension in bin picking. As complex as the subject matter can possibly be, simple familiarisation is just one of the advantages of our PiXCell. It does not therefore matter whether we are dealing with delicate components from the healthcare sector or large components such as cast, forged, stamped or bent parts from industrial sectors. The PiXCell will always reliably recognise and process all the relevant components.

Our standard PiXCell is equipped with a high-quality 3D camera system manufactured by ISRA Vision for bin picking tasks. Depending on the requirements involved or specified, the PowerPICK3D , MiniPICK3D or IntelliPICK3D-PRO model variants are utilised for this.

4. Gripper system

Irrespective of whether using gripper systems with vacuum, pneumatic or servo-electric power, we can develop an individual gripping mechanism for our bin picking solutions in order to transport your components as gently as possible. We will also find a solution for complex component geometries when necessary.

Depending on the type of provision method or supply system involved, our bin picking professional, the PiXCell, can be equipped with a wide variety of feeding technology. Depending on the requirements which have been specified , several systems can also be arranged in parallel whenever necessary.
