1. Marker

Our standard MarXCell is equipped with a high-quality laser system from Keyence. Depending on the requirements of the marking process, the MD-X, MD-U, MD-F and ML-Z model series will therefore be utilised. The markers are always characterised by their simple commissioning and brilliant marking quality.

2. Workpiece mounting

Insert your component into a customised mould mounting in order to precisely position the marking on your workpiece. 3D mould mountings or fixtures for complex component geometries, as well as multiple mountings or fixtures can always be implemented on request.

3. Suction

Remove any dust or smoke which can occur during marking by utilising an appropriate dust/ smoke suction system for extraction. This can therefore prevent harmful particles from being able to entering the human body.

4. Control technology

Would you like to have the setting data and process data for your marking process displayed clearly and transparently at all times? Then use our user-friendly 24“ human-media interface. We are therefore also able to implement external data interfaces and connections to other automation processes to ensure this.

5. Options
