3. Control technology (PLC)

When we are assigned to integrate the control technology, then we always rely on manufacturer-independent components. This results in innovative as well as future-oriented solutions.

Depending on the customer's requirements, control technology from the manufacturers Siemens, Beckhoff or Eaton can therefore be integrated. When integrating system components, we always utilise the latest technologies, such as technology modules in the area of motion control.

Connection to customer-specific PDA and ERP systems can be implemented via our standardised interface.

2. Operating Concept

Operating our systems and plants on different operating devices can be executed according to the specified requirements. For example, small applications can be displayed on a 7“ operating panel, while complex requirements can be comfortably visualised on a 22“ operating panel. In order to be able to enable a high degree of flexibility, operation is also easily possible via mobile operating devices.

Our app-based visualisation provides modern and intuitive operation. All the important documents, such as e.g. the operating instructions, the circuit diagram or the maintenance schedule, can be conveniently viewed via the control panel. This means that you always have the most up-to-date documents directly at hand.

4. Service / Remote maintenance systems

Utilising the latest remote maintenance technology enables us to offer worldwide online support with the shortest response time. Depending on the service level agreement concluded, our service technicians are actively at your side around the clock.

The support service provided can be additionally supported by utilising our „Microsoft Hololens 2“ augmented reality glasses. This enables us to guide you directly on site and provide you with appropriate instructions.

Always stay up to date with technology. Software updates can also be easily installed via remote maintenance technology.
