From adhesive dispensing through to surface cleaning and up to, and including, controlled adhesive curing, we can automate your entire bonding process. It does not matter to us whether plastics or metallic components are to be bonded together.

At the beginning of the bonding process, the adhesive is subjected to a so-called degassing in order to remove any possible air inclusions. Dispensing different adhesives, such as 2-component adhesives or UV adhesives, is usually executed volumetrically or as time-controlled, whereby therefore enables exact dispensing the adhesive.

Applying the adhesive can be executed with different dispensing tips, which can be equipped with an automatic cleaning device. In order to ensure a trouble-free process, we integrate special cleaning procedures for cleaning the dispensing tips.

For high-precision bonding processes, the dispensing tip which is utilised can be precisely measured using measuring technology, and the position of the adhesive bead can be compensated for.

All adhesion processes are developed in close collaboration with leading adhesive manufacturers in order to achieve a perfect bonding result. Machine vision is an important component in many of our systems. Camera systems are utilised to inspect the shape, position and colour during a process, as well as for inspecting the presence or detect damage or dirt.

Simple inspection applications can already be implemented with smart vision sensors. With the help of artificial intelligence, inspection tasks can be taught in the blink of an eye and subsequently expanded as desired by the end user.

In the case of more complex inspection applications, such as e.g. surface inspection, component measurements or quality inspections, high-end image processing systems are utilised among others. Due to the high adaptability and the flexible design, test sequences can be created which are specially designed to fulfil your requirements.
